In a word, the quality is the most universal and lasting because of the poor level of equipment debugging, maintenance and maintenance.

 

As the base material of wood-based panel, the thickness deviation is generally not standard, more positive tolerance, and often beyond tolerance allowable range (tolerance range 0.1~0.2), flatness is not up to standard. This makes press turn track surface distance (substrate thickness) is difficult to grasp, the distance is too small can cause pressure too tight, stress increases, produce plastic; not tight plate spacing, edge and can not guarantee the plate end firmly with.

 

In machining accuracy, machining error mainly comes from cutting and cutting. Due to system error and machining error of equipment workers, can not reach the level of the workpiece surface, and the adjacent surface cannot remain vertical, so the end edge edge and can not completely seal end plate contact gap or exposing the substrate edge, affect the appearance. Most of the edge banding materials are PVC, which are greatly affected by the environment. Winter harden, fall on adhesive affinity, coupled with longer storage time, the surface aging on the adhesive strength were low glue. The edge of the paper thickness is very small, because of high toughness, the thickness is too small (e.g., thickness 0.3mm) edge incision caused by uneven, bonding strength and trimming effect is not good enough and other defects, rework rate is very high, edge waste is very serious.

 

Using a special adhesive edge edge hot-melt adhesive. Because the temperature is low in winter, the temperature of the glue is a little higher to ensure the glue and strength. If it is too high, more than 190 degrees, the gum is too thin, the adhesive layer is thin, and so on, when it is applied to the end surface of the plate, it has been cooled down. Besides, the temperature of the edge banding strip is low, resulting in a marked decrease in the strength of the edge banding. If the temperature drops to 170 degrees, the glue is a little thicker, but the edge strip is lower in temperature, and the glue and strength are not enough. When the temperature is low, the glue will not melt well. In production, this contradiction is very prominent, and it is difficult to solve. In addition, the bonding quality of the glue and the adaptability and affinity between the three sides of the base material and the edge banding strip affect the quality of the edge banding.
